2. Services Description

Mosquito Control Florida (FDACS License #JB500246) provides pest control services directly in Palm Beach County and Tampa Bay (Hillsborough and Pinellas counties). For all other Florida areas, we facilitate connections between consumers and independently licensed pest control providers ("Network Partners"). Network Partners are independent businesses; their services are performed under their own FDACS licenses, not under MCF's license #JB500246.

3. No Warranty on Network Referrals

While we verify that all Network Partners hold valid FDACS pest control licenses at the time of onboarding and periodically thereafter, we are not responsible for the performance, quality, or conduct of independent Network Partners. Contracts for pest control services are between you and the Network Partner directly.

4. Accuracy of Information

We strive to maintain accurate information on the Site. Pest identification and risk information is educational only and does not constitute professional pest control advice for your specific situation. Always consult a licensed pest control professional for property-specific recommendations.

5. Free Tools Disclaimer

The Mosquito Alert FL risk tool uses publicly available weather data from Open-Meteo and applies a heuristic model to estimate mosquito activity. Risk scores are estimates only and do not guarantee actual mosquito activity at your location. The Florida Pest Identifier is an educational library and is not a substitute for professional pest identification.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, graphics, tools, and data, is the property of Mosquito Control Florida or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Mosquito Control Florida is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or services obtained through it. Our maximum direct liability is limited to fees paid for direct MCF services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida courts.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
